On most Saturdays, the temple is open for morning practice (~6 a.m. to noon). We also practice the Five Earth\u00a0Touchings, which supports us in strengthening\u00a0the wisdom and compassion we\u2019ve received from our\u00a0ancestors,\u00a0while also healing the suffering we\u2019ve inherited from them. We use a version that integrates other Plum Village practices (<a href=\"https:\/\/dinhquangtemple.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Touching-the-Earth.pdf\">pdf HERE<\/a>), which includes the recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. This includes food allergies\/sensitivities, disability, neurotype, and other personal circumstances. However, because our group is small, we face limitations. We do our best to work together to make our retreats accessible and inclusive, and invite everyone\u2019s mutual understanding, open communication, creativity, and collaboration as we discern the best ways to do so.
